Simple and quick to heat in microwave

Super easy to prepare. I heat it for 1 minute in my 1000‑watt microwave, and it reaches perfect warm temperature. Natural fillings of flaxseed, millet and clay beads hold moist heat well. No cords, I can sit on sofa or work with it on.
