Use & Care Guide

Electric heating items:

Keep the entire internal heating structure and electronic components dry and clean at all times. Daily cleaning only requires wiping the outer surface gently with a clean, soft and dry lint-free cloth. Do not use corrosive detergents, alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning. Strictly prohibit disassembling, extruding, folding sharply, piercing or squeezing the built-in heating core and circuit structure, which will cause irreversible product damage. When the product is not in use for a long time, cut off all power connections completely, store it in a dry, ventilated, cool and dust-free environment, and avoid high temperature, humidity, extrusion and heavy pressure storage environments.

Microwave seed-filled warmers:

The product supports repeated heating use, but all heating operations must be within the standard time and power range specified in the manual. It is forbidden to heat repeatedly for many times in a short interval. If the seed inner pouch accidentally gets damp or absorbs moisture, please place it in a well-ventilated and sunny place for thorough natural air-drying before reuse. Do not bake with high-temperature equipment such as hair dryers and ovens. Never wash or soak the seed liner with water to prevent internal mold, mildew, odor and structural damage, which will affect the heating effect and service life.

General maintenance:

Only the detachable outer sleeve can be hand-washed with mild neutral detergent. After cleaning, it must be fully air-dried naturally, and do not wear or use the outer cover before it is completely dry. Before reassembling the product, confirm that the seed liner and electric heating inner unit are completely dry and free of moisture, stains and foreign matters. Regularly check the product appearance, wiring and structure for damage. Standard and standardized daily maintenance can effectively avoid product failure, ensure safe use, and maximize the service life of thermal therapy products.
