Safety Tips
For electric heating products:
Strictly abide by standard electrical safety regulations during operation. Do not use, plug in or charge the product with wet hands, in humid environments or near water sources to avoid electric shock hazards. Prohibit long-term overcharging, uninterrupted continuous power-on use and overloaded operation. The built-in electric heating core, circuit board and internal electronic components are all non-detachable and non-washable. Never soak, rinse, or submerge the product interior in water or any liquid, which may cause circuit short circuit, component damage, electric leakage and potential safety accidents. Stop using immediately if there is abnormal heat, peculiar smell, leakage or circuit failure during use.
For microwave seed-filled products:
Always strictly follow the exact heating time and power specifications marked in the official product manual. Do not heat for excessive time or at ultra-high power. Overheating will lead to seed deterioration, peculiar smell, internal component damage, and even cause scalds or local high-temperature safety risks. The seed-filled inner pouch is not waterproof, non-washable and non-soakable. Do not heat the product when it is damp, stained or wet. Do not leave the product unattended during microwave heating to avoid abnormal damage.
For all thermal products:
All seed-filled inner liners and electric heating inner units are strictly prohibited from washing, soaking and liquid contact. Only the fully detachable outer fabric cover supports manual cleaning. Do not use the product on injured, inflamed, sensitive skin or parts with poor blood circulation. Pregnant women, the elderly, children and people with physical disabilities or sensory disorders must use the product under supervision. Immediately stop all use and discontinue operation once the product has deformation, damage, water ingress, abnormal heating or other abnormal conditions.
